- PCS & CTS are both private held corporation, founded in 1992 & 1987 respectively.
- In 1998, Lincolnshire Management Group purchased a majority stake in PCS and CTS in 2001, objective to gain synergy to achieve the critical mass necessary to provide a "Best in Class" after sales service support organization.
- PCS and CTS completed the management and operations merger and financial consolidation in Q3, year 2004.
- The newly formed Company has operations in US (California, New Hampshire, Texas), China, Singapore and Europe.
